Portland Trail Blazers point guard Damian Lillard will extend his signature line with Adidas this week via the debut of his Dame 4 model. The shoe releases on Oct. 4 for $115 at adidas.com, with a wider in-store release to follow on Oct. 6.
The Dame 4 has a ventilated mesh upper, full-length Bounce cushioning, and an updated outsole traction pattern to handle quick cuts. That outsole is meant to look like a musical waveform, a nod to Lillard's moonlighting as a rapper.
Other personal details include "Dame Certified" text on the sockliner, his personal motto "Patience Persistence Purpose," and a handful of stats that mark important moments in his career.
The Adidas Dame 4 is shown here in the debut white/black/red colorway lining up with the Trail Blazers' uniforms and a white/gum "Legacy" pair dropping on Oct. 20.
