PlaqueBoyMax, fresh off welcoming Jacquees to his “In the Booth” series, has now brought two new tracks with the Mood 2 artist to streaming.
Wednesday (Oct. 21), Max and Jacquees rolled out “Familiar” and “She Know” to all major streaming services. Even before the two-for-one hit Spotify, Apple Music, and elsewhere, both tracks had proven to be popular with fans. According to reps, “Familiar” alone bagged over 30 million views with its pre-release teases.
Released in tandem with the two-song drop is the official video for “Familiar,” directed by Nick Mays. Catch that up top, and listen to both songs via your preferred streaming service here.
As of August of this year, Complex had Max at No. 5 on our ranking of the best streamers. IShowSpeed, Cinna, Kai Cenat, YonnaJay, ExtraEmily, and more also made the cut.
This year also saw Max competing for what would have marked his first-ever Grammy. At the 2026 ceremony, he was up for Best Dance/Electronic Recording thanks to “Victory Lap,” a collaboration with Fred again.. and Skepta. Tame Impala’s “End of Summer” ultimately secured the win.
