PlaqueBoyMax is the latest artist who doesn’t approve of the Trump administration using his song in a video shared on the official White House TikTok account.

Earlier this month, a reporter asked Trump a question about the recent attack at the King Khalid airport in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, that killed at least 12 people, per the BBC. Trump, seemingly perplexed by the question, shrugged off the moment, presumably because he didn’t understand the question. In the video posted on TikTok, however, this was seen as some sort of ‘epic boss, diary of a CEO chad’ moment, rather than a potential indication that Trump, 80, is losing his hearing.

The clip was accompanied by audio of UnoTheActivist’s “Man of the Year,” which PlaqueBoyMax produced. After PlaqueBoyMax saw the clip featured the unauthorized use of his music, he simply responded, “Fuck you n***a.”

This is far from the first, or the last, time that artists have directly called out the team behind the White House TikTok account for using their music without permission. Just last month, for instance, JMSN sent a cease-and-desist letter to the White House over its use of his song “Love Me.” Katy Perry also condemned the White House TikTok account after it posted a video using her song “Firework” over disturbing footage showing U.S. military strikes on Iran.

SZA directly called out the White House over the practice, accusing the account of “rage baiting artists” for “free promo.” Other artists who have called out the White House account include Sabrina Carpenter, who criticized the White House for using her song “Juno” in social media videos without her consent.
