A Complete Guide to This Weekend's Sneakers Releases

Yeezy Season is finally here. The super limited "Semi Frozen Yellow" Yeezy Boost 350 V2 is set to drop this Saturday, the first of three new pairs dropping before the end of the year. Along with new Yeezys, other drops from Adidas, as well as Nike, New Balance, and Jordan Brand are scheduled to hit retailers this weekend as well.

Starting on Thursday, Concepts will be dropping a limited number of pairs of the red version of its New Balance 999 "Hyannis" online, a shoe that was originally believed to be exclusive to ComplexCon. Also arriving Thursday is a clean "Triple Black" pair of Nike Zoom Flys, and a womens-exclusive "Cargo Khaki" colorway of the newest version of the Nike Air Vapormax, the Air Vapormax Moc.

Friday will bring a new pack of Adidas Palace Pros inspired by Palace team riders, the previously Asia-only "Volt" Nike Air Max 97 that originally debuted in 2005 overseas, and the latest Federer x Jordan fusion model inspired by one of Federer's favorite sneakers, the "Atmos" Nike Air Max 1.

This weekend closes out with an abundant amount of pairs dropping on Saturday. Jordan Brand is releasing a brand new "Dark Grey" Air Jordan XII covered in dark grey suede. Nike will release a special Chicago-inspired quickstrike Air Huarache Run overseas, a LeBron 15 paying homage to his home state of Ohio, and six pairs designed by patients at the OHSU Doernbecher Children's Hospital as a part of its 2017 Doernbecher Freestyle Collection. Adidas will finish off the weekend with a black and white pack of Gore-tex Adidas NMD_CS1s, and, of course, the extremely limited release of the Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 "Semi Frozen Yellow."

What You Need to Know: Originally believed to be exclusive to ComplexCon, it looks like Concepts will be releasing the alternate red colorway of its New Balance 999 "Hyannis" collaboration this week. Limited quantities will be available via Concepts' online store.

What You Need to Know: The ladies are getting an exclusive "Cargo Khaki" release of the latest take on the Nike Air Vapormax, the Air Vapormax Moc. The basic construction of the silhouette remains true to the original, but this pair strips away the laces and welded Swoosh branding on the mid panels for a Swoosh-branded black elastic band across the midfoot.

What You Need to Know: After releasing city-specific colorways to commemorate various marathons around the world the past few weeks of this model's SP variation, Nike is dropping a classic "Triple Black" color scheme this week of the Zoom Fly.

What You Need to Know: The latest release of Nike's Roger Federer x Michael Jordan hybrid model is inspired by one of Federer's favorite sneakers. This pair of the NikeCourt Zoom Vapor RF x AJ3 resembles the "Black Cement" pair that dropped back in 2014 with a black tumbled leather upper, and grey elephant print panels. However, this pair replaces the red accents with jade hits to mimic the iconic "Atmos" Air Max 1.

What You Need to Know: The two latest colorways of the Adidas Palace Pro are inspired by Palace team riders Benny Fairfax and Chewy Cannon. Fairfax's pair sports a grey nubuck upper, blue translucent outsole, and black hits on the Three Stripes branding and tongue. Cannon's opts for a black nubuck, lime green translucent outsole, and white Three Stripes.

What You Need to Know: The latest collaboration between Fear of God and Vans is split up into two unique drops. Two pairs of Vans Eras and a pair of the Vans Mountain Edition will be releasing at select PacSun stores in North America as a part of Fear of God's diffusion line F.O.G. However, they will be more widely available globally. The three remaining pairs of Style 147s will be dropping at select Vans Vault locations as a Fear of God collaboration. The entire line utilizes a red, black, and white color palette with materials like suede, corduroy, and an all-over "Fear of God" canvas graphic.

What You Need to Know: After dropping overseas at European Nike accounts last month, the "Volt" Air Max 97 is making its official debut stateside. Previously an Asia-only release back in 2005, this black, silver, and volt colorway is sure to be a popular one when it hits shelves this Friday. The black and silver upper is accented by volt hits on the Swoosh, heel tab, and Air unit, while 3M detailing is used on the upper's metallic silver piping.

What You Need to Know: Jordan Brand gives MJ's twelfth signature model a tonal makeover with this brand new colorway. Dark grey suede takes care of the upper, while a dark grey iguana leather is present on the forefoot panel. Other details include gold eyelets, and a light grey outsole.

What You Need to Know: Nike's annual Doernbecher Freestyle collection allows patients from OHSU Doernbecher Children's Hospital to design their very own Nike sneakers. For the fourteenth year of the program Tylan Hibbard, Brayden Sparkman, Andrew Merydith, Carissa Navarro, Amyiah Robinson, and Brody Miller were given the chance to design special pairs of the SB Zoom Stefan Janoski, Air Huarache Run Ultra, Air Vapormax, Air Jordan XII, Air Max Thea Ultra Flyknit, and Air More Uptempo, respectively. As always, 100% of the proceeds will benefit this hospital.

What You Need to Know: After releasing exclusively in Cleveland last month, the "Pride of Ohio" Nike LeBron 15 is now getting a wider release. The pair features a black and grey Battleknit upper, taupe midsole and outsole, and team red hits on the leather heel and tongue tabs, and Flywire eyelets. The pair is accented with a 3M Swoosh on the heel, and callbacks to the Ohio theme like Cleveland's area code.

What You Need to Know: The city of Chicago is getting a special colorway of the classic Air Huarache. This quickstrike release sports a Chicago Bears-esque color scheme with its orange upper and navy blue neoprene tongue. Special details on this pair include a zipper down the tongue, unique stitching pattern on the toe box, and "CHI" branding on the heel tabs.

What You Need to Know: Adidas' latest tweak to the seemingly endless NMD line makes the CS1 model ready for the snowy winter months ahead.
