Clavicular is being sued by the company that leased him an Encino mansion, which claims the looksmaxxing streamer turned the six-bedroom estate into a party house and left it trashed.
The Maimon Group filed suit over alleged damage and lease violations at the 8,611-square-foot property, according to court documents obtained by TMZ. The streamer signed the lease in late September at $53,000 a month.
The complaint zeroes in on an October 11 party, where the landlord alleges people fought on the stairs and a second fight broke out in front of the home.
Guests were allegedly thrown into the pool and water was dragged through the house. Silly string and "fart spray" were reportedly sprayed inside the property, and the documents claim guests vomited indoors while drinks were spilled throughout.
The landlord also says the gatherings were loud enough to bring law enforcement to the address, and that the guest count blew past the six-person cap written into the lease.
One alleged violation stands apart from the rest: the suit claims a horse was brought onto the property without the prior written consent the lease required.
Clavicular, whose real name is Braden Eric Peters, is the 20-year-old streamer known for "looksmaxxing," the pursuit of appearance optimization through fitness, grooming, and style that extends to extreme practices like "bone smashing." The Encino home was allegedly the site of his "Camp Looksmax" event this month.
A spokesperson for the streamer pushed back on the filing.
"Clavicular has not been served with this lawsuit. He paid all his bills upfront for Camp Looksmax," the spokesperson told TMZ. "Any allegation that he does not meet his obligations is false."
