In court documents reviewed by Complex, one of the lawsuits filed by a Jane A. Doe on behalf of a minor, a Jane B. Doe, alleges that Sky Daily, full name Melanie Sky Daily Bollea, provided alcohol for her son Hayden Hitt’s party, which took place while Bollea was at a Real American Wrestling event. The lawsuit alleges that Hitt texted a group chat beore the minor attended the party at Daily’s house on March 28, 2026, and took a sip of a Four Loko can only to lose consciousness. She claims that she was raped by a John B. Doe for “several hours” while Hitt “guarded” the door to the bedroom.
“John B. Doe would continue raping Jane B. Doe with and without the use of a condom and even violently anally penetrated Jane B. Doe without consent and without a condom causing severe injuries including… serious vaginal and anal trauma,” the lawsuit reads. Three used condoms were “left at the scene,” and she recovered one with semen in it to get it DNA tested.
“Upon reason of belief… [Sky Daily] discarded the other two condoms as well as removing the blood stained sheets from said rape,” the lawsuit continues. The lawsuit is seeking damages for negligence, emotional distress, and sexual assault and battery. It also claims that Hitt “advertised” the party in a group chat by telling his friends that Jane B. Doe was “free pussy.”
The second lawsuit, filed by a Jane Doe, alleges that after meeting Hitt on social media, a minor was invited to stay at Sky Daily’s house so she could be groomed to become a member of the Church of Scientology.
“[Sky Daily] is a high-ranking member of the Church of Scientology and always has been despite public statements saying otherwise,” the lawsuit alleges. “Jane Doe entered into a relationship with Defendant Hitt which was mentally and physically abusive. … Defendant Hitt would physically attack Jane Doe sometimes due to being under the influence of alcohol provided by [his mother].”
The lawsuit claims that Sky Daily would frequently purchase alcohol for her son, and even brought Jane Doe to local bars and multiple VIP-style events. She allegedly continued to attempt to groom her to join Scientology by signing her up for a homeschooling program run by the Church of Scientology.
The Jane Doe said that she was evicted from Daily’s home after she called the police following an incident of alleged violence by Hitt on the same date as the party mentioned in the other lawsuit, for which she received medical treatment.
The second Jane Doe is seeking damages for battery and emotional distress.
