IShowSpeed has another season of Speed Goes Pro on the way.
Speed will step into the ring with Mike Tyson, sprint with Usain Bolt, and trade groundstrokes with Serena Williams in the second season of the show, which is set to premiere on Wednesday (Nov. 4). He’ll also chase Michael Phelps in the pool, take batting practice with Derek Jeter, and bowl with Pete Weber.
Season 2, which is being produced by OBB in partnership with Dicks Sporting Goods, premieres exclusively on IShowSpeed’s YouTube channel on Wednesday.
With the debut season of Speed Goes Pro, which garnered over 65.3 million views, the popular streamer recruited some of the biggest athletes in the world. He trained with the likes of NFL star Tom Brady, gymnast Suni Lee, competitive eater Joey Chestnut, NBA star Kevin Durant, and 14-time wrestling world champion Randy Orton.
The first three episodes of Season 2 will arrive this month, with the first episode on Wednesday featuring Baseball Hall of Famer Derek Jeter. The second episode will feature 23-time Grand Slam singles champion Serena Williams and will debut next Wednesday (Nov. 11), and the third will arrive the following week (Nov. 18) and feature eight-time gold medalist and world-record-holding sprinter Usain Bolt.
The second volume of episodes will arrive starting January 24 with Michael Phelps, January 30 with Pete Weber, and February 7 with Mike Tyson for the finale.
“What I love about Speed Goes Pro is that we can bring together people from different generations through a shared love of sports,” said IShowSpeed. “Some fans have followed these athletes their whole lives. For some of my younger fans, the show is a chance to get to know them for the first time. I get to be myself and compete while showing people what makes these legends so special. I’m proud of what we’ve created with OBB and DICK’S. We had a lot of fun making this season, and I hope it makes people want to get out there and play.”
