On Thursday (October 29), Uncle L announced an 11-show residency at Dolby Live at Park MGM spanning dates in May and July 2027. Described as "part concert, part cultural odyssey and all-out party," the shows will move coast to coast through hip-hop's most influential eras, starting with its New York beginnings and then exploring its rise as a worldwide movement.
LL will anchor each night with his own catalog, backed by DJs, immersive storytelling, and special guests. However, both the guests and setlist will change from night to night.
"This isn't me doing a show in Vegas. It's all of us, " LL said in a statement. "Artists from different generations and different genres, sharing one stage, for fans who were there at the beginning and kids hearing it for the first time. People from all over the world come to Vegas to celebrate, so this show belongs here."
Rock the Bells: The Residency will take place on the following dates in 2027: May 15, 16, 19, 21 and 22, and then after a month off, the show comes back for July 9, 10, 11, 14, 16 and 17.
