ASAP Rocky Further Expands World of 'Don't Be Dumb' With "SWAT TEAM" Video

As ASAP Rocky continues to ready the expansion of his Billboard 200-topping Don’t Be Dumb, he’s giving fans another new video, though this one should be familiar to those who caught him at a recent tour stop.

Wednesday (Oct. 21), Rocky launched the video for “SWAT TEAM,” a bonus cut off DBD. Like the recently released “SHROOM CLOUDS” before it, Rocky is credited as a co-director. Joining him in that role is Arnaud Deroudilhe, while cinematography is handled by Angelo Marques.

AWGE insignia is prominently featured here, as is a TV showing a news broadcast focused on Rocky being “hit by SWAT 24/7.”

“SHROOM CLOUDS,” released on Monday, gave fans a potential hint at when to expect what’s been billed as the second disc of Rocky’s DBD album. As the potential 2027 Grammys nominee explained to Complex earlier this month, the project takes a compilation-style approach to its sequencing, meaning previously released tracks like “Babushka Boi” and “Sundress,” once considered standalone singles, will now have a proper home.

“It's all going to live on Disc 2 with new revisions to it, new verses, and a couple of new singles that people probably never heard,” Rocky teased to Antonio Johri, as seen here.

“Trunks,” a song from Spike Lee’s Highest 2 Lowest, is also set to land on the second disc of DBD. Rocky co-starred in the 2025 film alongside two-time Oscar winner Denzel Washington.
