Maino put his own spin on Rick Ross by dressing up as the Miami rapper for Halloween.
In preparation for the Halloween episode of podcast Let’s Rap About It, the Brooklyn emcee teased his look in a Wednesday (Oct. 28) Instagram reel. Maino also spoofed Ross’ comments after he was released on bail earlier this month following his arrest for domestic battery.
The Maybach Music Group founder is alleged to have assaulted his ex-girlfriend Jazzma Kendrick. The model and realtor posted pictures on her Instagram Stories of her bruised and bloodied face and claimed that the rapper used her as a “punching bag.”
“I need silence,” Maino said in the clip below. “First of all, I am totally innocent of all the fabricated allegations against me.”
“By the weekend I will be in Dubai, Paris on Saturday, and on Sunday I’ll sit down with a bowl of rigatoni with heavy marinara.”
Ross stuck to his promise and flew to Paris after his jail release to indulge in a plate of rigatoni personally served by a chef.
Prosecutors have reportedly delayed their decision to file criminal charges against Ross, according to NBC 6 Miami, which is set to be determined on Friday (Oct. 30).
Ross’ son, Williams Roberts III, whom he shares with media personality Tia Kemp, may also soon testify in court after allegedly being assaulted by Don Roberts III (no relation), near the Bethune-Cookman University campus this month. The attack was mocked by Ross’ longtime rival, 50 Cent, who was trolled on social media by Kemp. The Get Or Die Tryin’ rapper issued a legal response to Kemp after she made ablest insults about his 14-year-old son, Sire Jackson.
