After having four children, Cardi B wants to go under the knife for another breast augmentation.
The “Don’t Chart” rapper updated her fans on her personal life during an X Spaces session on Monday (Oct. 19), including filling in the Bardi Gang on her plans to have plastic surgery again.
“I’m not gonna lie, I do wanna get my titties done already,” the Grammy winner said. “But for some reason I’m scared. For some reason, I’m very scared to get my boobs done. I don’t know why.”

“I’m not afraid to do nothing but my boobs,” Cardi continued. “It’s not a fun surgery but I have to get my boobs done. These kids done fucked my shits up. Bean bags.”
Cardi, who shares three children with her ex-husband, rapper Offset, and a son with NFL player Stefon Diggs, joked that she’s had her current enhancements for “a hundred years.”
“I’ve had these titties for a very long time and they’re sagging really bad,” Cardi continued.
Elsewhere, the Bronx native said that she’s gotten “irritated” that her areolas have gotten “bigger,” but maintained that she wanted to keep the natural size of her breasts.
“But yet, I don’t know if I want to get them done. I said I want to … But I don’t know if I’m going to,” she added.
Cardi, who’s repeatedly faced plastic surgery speculation within the last decade, denied over the summer that she had gotten surgery for weight loss. In an Instagram Live, the Am I the Drama? artist called herself “naturally petite” and explained that it was “easy” to lose weight while being on tour.
