50 Cent ran to Instagram and trolled Rick Ross over the alleged attack of his son, William Roberts III.
According to reports, William, whom Ross shares with his ex-girlfriend, Tia Kemp, was allegedly assaulted by Don Roberts, no relation, in Daytona Beach on Oct. 11. At the time, the 21-year-old was standing outside with a woman when the suspect is believed to have confronted them both, striking Roberts in his face with a gun. William claimed that at one point during the the incident, Don said, "I don't care who your daddy is, I'll kill you right here."
William reported the incident to police the following day, with Don turning himself in on Oct. 16 on felony counts of aggravated assault and aggravated battery with a deadly weapon. The suspect pleaded not guilty and will attend a bail hearing on Wednesday (Oct. 21).
Upon hearing the news, Fifty posted Don’s mugshot and charges on Instagram while plugging in his new film, Street Fighter.
“I got him he will be out tomorrow I’m sending @drewfindling,” 50 Cent captioned the post. “This is a big misunderstanding that can easily be resolved. This was a street fight, I mean STREET FIGHTER is in theaters! LOL.”
Fif last joked about Ross’ personal legal issues after the Maybach Music Group founder was arrested for the alleged assault of his ex-girlfriend, Jazzma Kendrick. The Miami rapper was booked on Oct. 1 on charges of domestic violence, but after being released on bail, he traveled to Paris. Ross, who pleaded not guilty to felony strangulation and misdemeanor battery, is due back in court on Thursday (Oct. 22).
"This punk put his hands on baby girl, he stressed that album didn't sell. I'd laugh at him, but domestic violence is not a joke," Fifty tweeted last month, referencing Ross’ twelfth album, Set In Stone.
