50 Cent has approached a judge for media personality Tia Kemp to stop allegedly harassing his 14-year-old son with influencer Daphne Joy.

Last week, the Street Fighter star and entertainment mogul joked online about the alleged assault of Rick Ross’ 21-year-old son, William Roberts III, whom the rapper shares with Kemp. Earlier this month, Roberts told Daytona Beach police that he was approached with a gun and pistol whipped by 20-year-old Don Roberts III (no relation) while standing outside Bethune-Cookman University.

The trolling was an insult to Kemp, who retaliated with venomous words on Instagram about 50, Joy, and their son, Sire Jackson. Among the insults, Kemp claimed that Sire had a intellectual disability and verbalized stereotypes about Joy, who is of Filipina and Puerto Rican descent.

Fif decided that filing a cease-and-desist wasn’t enough for Kemp, who posted the legal letter on Instagram.

“Simp azzzz tender bout that one huh,” she captioned the post. “F u and ya lawyers We got OURS too.”

According to TMZ, Fif sought legal interference from a judge in Miami-Dade County, Florida, to prevent Kemp from allegedly cyberstalking his son. The Power Universe executive producer also cited Kemp posting a suggestive picture of Sire alongside Fifty’s deceased mother, Sabrina Jackson, who died in 1983.

Fif claims that Kemp’s attacks have humiliated and embarrassed his son, along with causing the 14-year-old mental hardship. The entertainer currently seeks a immediate temporary injunction against Kemp to halt her from posting, cyberstalking and harassing Sire.

Ross has also been in court involving the alleged domestic abuse of his former girlfriend, Jazzma Kendrick, who alleged in a series of Instagram posts that the rapper had physically assaulted her. Ross denies the accusation.
