During her appearance on The Jennifer Hudson Show, Doja Cat walked the famous spirit tunnel to the staff’s rework of her own track, “Paint the Town Red.”
The moment comes not long after Doja Cat tweaked her track “Paint the Town Red” during a show in Dallas, Texas, to celebrate the results of the 2026 midterm elections. “Bitch, I said what I said / I’d rather be famous instead / I let all that get to my head / I don’t care, I paint the town blue!” she rapped, as the audience cheered the change to the track.
The midterm elections saw a wave of blue hit the state of Texas, with Democrat James Talarico winning the Senate seat over Republican Ken Paxton, the Democrats gaining one seat in the House, and Democrat Gina Hinojosa winning the governor race, ousting incumbent Republican governor Greg Abbott.
