Elon Musk has dropped a major allegation about President Donald Trump in connection to sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

On Thursday (June 5), after Musk made clear his opposition to Trump's taxation and spending bill, the Tesla CEO said that Trump is named in the Epstein files. The unpublished files are said to name individuals who have participated in Epstein's sex trafficking crimes.

Musk continued his tirade by saying that "the truth will come out."

After dropping his bombshell accusation, Musk responded vaguely with eyebrow-raised emoji to tweets referencing Trump and Epstein.

Writer Ian Miles Cheong asked for predictions of who will "win" the fight between Trump and Musk, making his own bet for the latter.

"Trump should be impeached and [Vice President] JD Vance should replace him," Cheong wrote.

"Yes," Musk said.

Meanwhile, reactions to the ongoing feud poured in from celebs including Ye, Freddie Gibbs, and Antonio Brown.

"Broooos please noooooo," wrote the artist formerly known as Kanye West, who has long supported Trump, along with an emoji of two people hugging. "We love you both so much."

Antonio Brown, meanwhile, wrote Musk is "off The X," the tech mogul's social media platform formerly known as Twitter. "Or is it Truth with this," Brown added.

"It be yo own n***az," Freddie Gibbs wrote.

Trump responded to Musk's allegation on TruthSocial, writing that the businessman, who led the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE), was "wearing thin" on him.

"I asked him to leave, I took away his EV Mandate that forced everyone to buy Electric Cars that nobody else wanted (that he knew for months I was going to do!), and he just went CRAZY!" Trump wrote.

During the fallout over the major tax bill, Musk also tweeted on Thursday that Trump would have lost the 2024 presidential election if it weren't for his support.

While the Trump administration has advocated for the bill, Musk said he believes it will cause crushing debt and urged Congress to squash it.

Epstein, who was found dead in his jail cell by an apparent suicide in 2019 at 66 years old, was charged with sex trafficking stemming from a years-long network involving underage girls. In February, Trump was reportedly named in Epstein's flight logs seven times, as revealed by Attorney General Pam Bondi.

After once calling Epstein a "terrific guy," just months before Epstein's death, the president said he was "not a fan" of the financier and claimed the two had a falling out.
