Two more women came forward on Friday to accuse celebrity stylist Ian Connor of rape, according to a report in The Daily Mail. Jenni Stampley, a 19-year-old from Chicago, told the Mail she was attacked by Connor during a visit to Toronto in April. In the same story, Taryn Williams, a 23-year-old from Redlands, Calif., also claimed she was raped by the stylist in October 2014.
Khadiata Diallo (which The Daily Mail also spells as Kadiata Diallo) came forward with her story on Wednesday, joining Malika Anderson and Jean Deaux who made their accusations in April. Diallo's allegations prompted Connor to go on a long Twitter rant Wednesday evening. And another anonymous woman accused Connor of rape on Thursday, according to The Daily Mail. Connor faces rape accusations from six women in total.
Williams' story, as reported in the Mail, is similar to the ones told by other alleged victims. She claims Connor contacted her through social media, was friendly in online interactions, but then raped her when they met in person. "We spoke for a while just texting back and forth and he seemed like an OK guy—he never talked about anything sexual, he never asked me for photos and he didn't even comment on my appearance," she told The Daily Mail.
Williams, a student at the Fashion Institute of Design and Marketing in Los Angeles, eventually agreed to meet with Connor because of their shared interest in fashion. Connor allegedly took Williams back to his apartment, and attacked her.
"He tried to put his face down near my vagina, and I pushed him with my feet really hard and said, 'Don't, just stop it!'" she said. "It was at that point he grabbed my lower back and pulled me to him and he put his penis inside me. I pushed him out again and I said, 'Please no, stop. This isn't what I wanted, and you said this isn't what you wanted, why are you lying?'"
According to Williams' account in the Mail, after Connor discovered she planned to tell her story to reporters, he threatened her with legal action via texts, which Williams shared with The Daily Mail.
Stampley claims in the same Daily Mail report that she was also approached by Connor over social media. She said Connor offered to fly her out to New York, and became angry after she refused. Not wanting to cause any hard feelings, Stampley said she relented after Connor offered to fly her to Toronto.
Upon her arrival, however, Stampley said there was no separate room, and that Connor began pressuring her to get into bed with him almost immediately.
"I was like, 'OK, and got into bed with him,'" she told The Daily Mail. "I was like, 'No I don't want to have sex.' Then he got behind me and held my waist from behind. I asked him to move but he said no and kept telling me to relax. I thought, if I say no, he's not going to do anything. I've never met anybody, said no and had them just keep going. I was sure he wasn't going to do anything else, so I just stopped moving."
'Then I saw him out of the corner of my eye taking off his pants, or maybe his boxers, and he noticed I'd seen him and turned me back around. So I said, 'No, I'm not going to have sex and he told me to relax again. I could hear he was getting a little mad. He was getting louder and he said, you need to stop. So I stopped moving."
Stampley claimed that she later moved to the couch to sleep because she had nowhere else to go.
"I didn't have any other way to get home," she said. "He was paying [for the flight] and he only bought me a one way ticket so I had to wait until he bought the other ticket."
Stampley added that Connor pressured her to have sex again the next day, and FaceTimed with someone during it. Afterwards, Stampley said she asked Connor to let her go home.
"I woke Ian and told him I needed a ride to the airport," she said. "Ian, he was mad, he had an attitude, so he was like, 'Well, can't you get it?' I was like, OK, I'll get it. If you want me to get it because I'm not having sex with you anymore, that's fine. I called Uber, got myself an Uber. Then I just went to the airport and went home.'
"He definitely doesn't have respect for women. He'll be a nice person, but when it comes to sex, he's mad. He has no respect at all."
