Post-Imperial first landed on our radar with its head-turning selection menswear accessories. Designer/founder Niyi Okuboyejo offered up ties, scarves, and pocket squares that featured a time-honored Nigerian hand-dyeing technique that deftly fused traditional craft with contemporary designs.

Since then, the NYC-based brand has expanded into apparel, delivering an assortment of threads that are just as bold as its accessories. Spring/Summer 2016 will introduce pieces like sports jackets, trousers, and button-ups presented in eye-catching patterns—most notably stripes—along with unique fraying details.

The collection will drop later this season, in addition to a Post-Imperial x Larose headwear collaboration available next month. Until then, you can check out the brand’s Spring/Summer 2016 lookbook below and shop its current offerings at its online store
