Stampd made big strides in 2015, collaborating with brands like Puma and expanding into womenswear, all while staying true to its aesthetic comprised of elevated sportswear and military inspired designs. Now in 2016, Stampd is keeping the momentum going, opting to show its Fall/Winter 2016 at New York Fashion Week: Men's for the first time ever. We got a close look at the brand's NYFW:M debut, held in a fog-filled industrial showroom with models standing on pedestals of varying heights, rocking the perfectly-layered, monochromatic looks from the collection aptly dubbed "The New Soldier."

While we got a glance at the final product, Beats by Dre got a firsthand account from Chris Stamp about the process behind putting this collection together, and how he feels about showing in New York for the first time. Stamp says he feels nervous, as "people will always look down on something that they're not used to, but they don't understand how much blood, sweat and tears go into the process."

Take a look at the video above to get a closer look at some of the pieces from "The New Soldier," and hear about the process from Stamp himself.
