Balmain Is Launching a Children's Line So Every Kid Can Dress Like North West

Balmain's collection for kids includes Japanese denim and a $6,000 dress.

It looks like North West won't be the only toddler rocking Balmain. The fashion house announced today that it will officially launch a children's line this summer.

Olivier Rousting tells WWD, that parents have been begging him to produce the pieces for kids. The new collection will include 55 pieces inspired by his runway looks for girls and boys ages six to 14. The first campaign image shared on Twitter features a much younger Balmain army, but surprisingly no West who already owns several custom pieces from the brand.

Instead of licensing the line to a children's company, Rousting will oversee the production in-house. The collection will include styles like Japanese denim, a white tuxedo jacket, and a fur coat. Unfortunately for adults hoping to save a buck by shopping in the kids section, the prices don't differ much from the mainline. Costs start at $205 for a sleeveless T-shirt and go all the way up to $5,950 for an embroidered black dress.

The collection is set to hit Balmain boutiques in June.
