With their XVLP collaborations pieces selling out fast, Linkin Park's Mike Shinoa and Joe Hahn got up once again with one of their collaborators, Pat Tenore of RVCA. While reflecting with the guys in Los Angeles about the 15 year anniversary of Hybrid Theory, Tenore recalls how unique a band composed of a DJ, a singer, as well as a rapper was in the early 2000s. Shinoda also talks about how they were dubbed "frat rock." "When we came out there was a lot of tough guy stuff in that genre," says Shinoda. "If a band was mixing rap and rock there was a lot of super macho kind of shit."
