2015 hasn’t been a good year for Steven Madden. First, Sketchers hit the brand with a lawsuit—never a great look considering Sketchers is usually the one being sued—for infringement over its patented Go Walk line. And now the brand is facing yet another lawsuit, this time for allegedly knocking off a handbag by British designer Stella McCartney, reports Fashionista.

This past Tuesday, the 44-year-old designer filed a complaint against Steve Madden accusing the brand of knocking off one of her most "well-known and enormously popular" handbag styles: the Fallabella Foldover tote bag. Steve Madden’s version, the BTotally handbag, sells for $108, while the original sells for $1,195. See below for images of both bags in question.

The document went on to elaborate: Steve Madden began selling a "poorly-made" but "virtually identical" knockoff bag that will likely "cause economic harm to consumers, given its shoddy quality."

Ouch. Better luck next time, Steve.
