In what seems to be an ongoing trend within the fashion world, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen and their label The Row have become the latest to be hit with a lawsuit brought on by a former intern. The lawsuit takes aim at the famous twins’ company, Dualstar Entertainment Group, and accuses the company of over-working at least 40 different interns without paying them a dime.

However, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen aren’t having any of it. The Olsen sisters are demanding the entire suit be thrown out and that the woman suing them pay their attorney fees. According to court documents filed this month and obtained by Daily Mail Online, the Olsens's company Dualstar Entertainment Group "denies each and every allegation" in the case.

The class action suit, which was filed this past August, is lead by Shahista Lalani, a graduate of Parsons School of Design, who claims she worked nearly 50 hours a week, five days a week, during her internship with The Row back in 2012. Lalani and other interns were reportedly never paid and never received any academic or vocational credit, which is now required by law for an internship.

You can be sure to expect much more from this suit in the upcoming months.
