Z Zegna, the tech-driven line of Ermenegildo Zegna, is back with a new collection of high-end sneakers for Fall/Winter 2015.
Featuring its patented Techmerino fabric, the limited edition range features four distinct styles that expertly fuse streetwear and luxury. But the X factor of these designs is that they’re not only good-looking, but extremely comfortable and eco-friendly.
You see, the Techmerino fabric is made from pure, sustainable wool that is treated with unique finishing techniques that provide extra mobility. Each of the sneakers in this collection present the textile in different ways for a set of fairly diverse looks. There’s the Eco Pioneer sneaker, which has an upper made from dark green Techmerino wool and sustainable cork; the Dark Side style is a murdered-out sneaker that pairs the Techmerino wool with brush-off leather; the Graffiti style has white perforated calfskin with black Techmerino; and the Architect is offered in black perforated calfskin with white Techmerino.
