Has Rihanna Been Secretly Cosplaying as Mario Party Characters?

The Internet is such a wonderful place sometimes. The girlfriend of a redditor noticed that some of Rihanna's outfit choices looked strangely familiar. Of course there were the memes of her Met Gala dress floating around this week, but this revelation goes a lot deeper and it's shocking that no one saw it sooner. According to the unnamed detective, Rihanna has been "systematically cosplaying as all the characters of Mario Party."

The undoctored photos of RiRi next to classic characters including Mario, Bowser, Peach, and Toad (and some lesser knowns like Rosalina and Toadette), makes us wonder if she planned all of this out or if it's just a hilarious coincidence.
