Comedic legend Mike Myers has turned jokes into serious bank over the past 25 plus years, from numerous seasons on Saturday Night Live to his own iconic films, including Wayne's World, the Austin Powers trilogy, and the Shrek franchise. His successes have afforded him some pretty impressive stuff, including this 4,204-square-foot Manhattan penthouse that, according to Variety, he is now selling for close to $17 million.

The loft-style condo in SoHo isn't too extravagant, but it does have ample space with its three bedrooms, four bathrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of the city, a sky-lit pavilion, and a bi-level terrace. The master bedrooms are as wide as the building, and there are gas fireplaces, walk-in closets, and marble floors... features that should be mandatory for every apartment as far as we're concerned.
