It looks like Manny Pacquiao is already spending the money from his upcoming fight with Floyd Mayweather. According to reports, the fighter has his eyes on a seven bedroom house in Beverly Hills that used to belong to Jennifer Lopez. The 10,000-square-foot estate is listed for $12.5 million and has a home theater that's perfect for fight nights, a chef's kitchen, two huge walk-in closets, a "resort-like" backyard with patios and a pool, and other rich people stuff.

According to Forbes, Pacquiao made $43 million last year and will be bringing in a lot more after the Mayweather matchup, so he can definitely afford to live this lifestyle.

UPDATE: According to Business Insider, Pacquiao did a lot more than drop $12.5 million to lock in his bid for the Beverly Hills mansion. Along with the check, he reportedly gave the seller four tickets to his upcoming fight with Floyd Mayweather, tickets that (if eBay listings are to be trusted) are now selling for as much as $16K for a pair.

The real estate agent told USA Today that the tickets definitely helped the boxer beat out the other bidders on the property. "The sellers are great fans of boxing and of Manny, so it was a big deal."
