Following a short promo for its upcoming Super Bowl ad, Victoria’s Secret has just unveiled the full commercial ahead of its official television debut. And you’ll be happy to know the Angels are way less clothed than they were in the teaser.
Swapping out football uniforms for sexy lingerie, models Adriana Lima, Behati Prinsloo, Lily Aldridge, Karlie Kloss, and Alessandra Ambrosio are shown in the brand’s typical boner-inducing frame: lots of skin, lots of sex, and lots of slow-motion footage.
"This year, we thought we had a lot of momentum and a lot of wind in our sales coming out of the holiday season and it just seemed like a good opportunity," chief marketing officer Ed Razek told Adweek. "We're not crazy enough to do a commercial where all of our girls are dressed like football players [...] We only shot one piece of new material for this commercial—we decided to come to the game late and then we wanted to leverage every opportunity."
