During the launch of its Avenue Montaigne flagship store in Paris, Saint Laurent introduced a new line of classics that would be available to customers all year long.
Aptly titled the Permanent collection, the range includes staple items that could be easily paired with Saint Laurent’s trend-driven seasonal releases. You have pieces like the L17 motorcycle jacket, a polka-dot silk button-up, Le Smoking blazer, low-waisted skinny jeans, and an assortment of accessories to round out the collection.
This week, the Saint Laurent presented its men’s Permanent campaign starring 19-year-old Jack Kilmer, an American actor who recently walked in the label’s Spring/Summer 2015 “Psych Rock” runway show. Shot in designer Hedi Slimane's signature black-and-white portrait style, the campaign adheres to the Saint Laurent’s rock ‘n’ roll aesthetic.
