Nigo is clearly a man who doesn’t mind the grind.
Between serving as the creative director of Uniqlo UT, head designer for Human Made, and generating an on-going collaborative line with adidas Originals, the former owner of BAPE has decided to expand his ever-growing list of projects by teaming up with Japanese brand United Arrows.
In a photo posted on Motofumi "Poggy" Kog’s Instagram page, the director and buyer for United Arrows announced the brand would link up with Nigo for a range of suits.
Titled Nigold by United Arrows, the line looks to be a refreshing interpretation of vintage-inspired suits: striking prints, bold colors, and a major nod to the iconic zoot-suit silhouette. According to Kog's caption on Instagram, the collection is set to officially launch on Oct. 17. And if Nigo and United Arrow's previous MR BATHING APE collaboration is any indication, it’s safe to say the suit offerings will be on point.
