Following the release of its Fall/Winter 2014 collection, Toronto-based brand NEEDS&WANTS Studios presents its first issue of its bi-annual print series, NEEDS&WANTS Paper.
Featuring contributors and stories from across the globe, the independent publication highlights the symbiotic relationships between fashion, architecture, art, and travel. And much like the brand’s selection of threads, the images within the pages are stunningly fresh with an organic simplicity.
“This isn’t the refuse of what we couldn’t fit into our clothes, presentation, or social media,” says editor Frank Carraciolo. “It is not what our clothes lack, but a full scope of everything else NEEDS&WANTS is. Our palpable view of emerging sub-culture best presented on the printed page.”
