Chicago boutique RSVP Gallery began stocking Band of Outsiders earlier this year, and what better way to welcome the brand into the fold than by an editorial showcasing its Fall 2014 collection? Shot at a deserted shore marked by blue skies and concrete structures, the editorial features a single model dressed head-to-toe in Band of Outsiders.
The clean shoot allows Band of Outsiders’ simplistic clothes to take center stage. Pieces like the corduroy degrade shirt with a slight gradient and the ringer tee with a touch of bright color on the neck and sleeves really pop in the sparse setting. The collection, which was inspired by the outfits traditionally worn by newspaper boys, put a contemporary twist on vintage pieces, a trend we have come to expect from Band of Outsiders.
