What's the next step when you're months away from your 49th birthday and being one third of one of the most highly respected hip-hop groups of all time has already been crossed off your bucket list? Apparently designing a townhouse in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn is an option, and Mike D (Michael Diamond) of The Beastie Boys made it happen.

Diamond had a hand in designing his own place in Cobble Hill and invited the New York Times inside to see it last year, but now the legend is taking what he learned and will apply it to a new project for someone else in Boerum Hill. He is working with architects John and Jill Bouratoglou again, this time on a single-family home with a garage that already has an asking price of $4.98 million. Renderings of the home have been posted to a real estate listing by Corcoran along with details of the project.

Located at 242 Pacific Street, the home will be 4,150 square feet, and it will feature four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a chef's kitchen, and a recreation room. There will also be multiple outdoor spaces with a terrace off the kitchen, another terrace off of the master bedroom, in-floor heating, energy efficient lighting, and bragging rights that it was designed by someone with a license to ill.
