What's a surefire way to get that dream job? Bribe the people in charge with booze. Ok, you probably shouldn't try that, but it did prove effective for one Canadian graphic designer named Brennan Gleason who, instead of submitting a paper résumé like most people, created custom beer labels (for beer that he brewed himself) with his information on them and gave the cool design products to various firms in Vancouver.

Gleason's "Résum-Ale" got him a job at a digital marketing agency and Internet stardom. Score one for creativity (and for free beer).
