Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana have more to worry about than streakers running through their Dolce & Gabanna presentations. The designers, and accountant Luciano Patellito, have been found guilty of evading taxes, Business of Fashion reports.
The decision came following a ruling made by lower court upheld by an Italian appeals court. D&G's designers and Patellito have been sentenced to one year and six months in jail, though they will not serve time in prison as it does not meet the two-year minimum required for jail time.
The designers' lawyers are seeking to appeal the decision by bringing the fight to Italy’s highest court system.
