VOLTA NY kicks off at 82 Mercer Street on March 6 as a part of Armory Week 2014. Jonathan LeVine has given an advanced look at some of the new works they're showing at the fair by Chicago-based street artist POSE.
POSE joined REVOK at the gallery this past summer for a joint exhibition entitled "UPHILL BOTH WAYS" and also spent some time in the city painting the Bowery Wall to promote the show. The artist's busy hand-painted collages explore a range of themes and take inspiration from sign painting, graffiti, comic art, skateboard culture, and other facets of his life.
