FEIT’s understated shoes have mostly been limited to hard-bottom and dressier options. But for spring 2014 the footwear brand sets its sights on the performance sneaker market and now comes through with the Bio Trainer 1.This is the brand’s first running shoe, and like its other shoes, the quality and materials used are second to none.

Each shoe is handmade out of one piece of leather or suede and fitted with a sweat absorbing buffalo leather footbed. If that’s not enough to convince you, the rubber harvested for the 100% natural soles take two weeks alone to make. Honestly, you’ll be hard-pressed to find a runner like this in today's synthetic-filled sneaker market.

The shoes are available in three colors. Purchase one for the summer on the FEIT website and call it a day.
