In case you were wondering if Kanye West had a sense of humor, he provided a pretty good answer last night while performing the last American show of the "Yeezus Tour" at Nassau Coliseum. Towards the end of the show, Yeezy gave the caveat that he normally doesn't do tracks from Watch the Throne without Jay Z, but treated the crowd to his verse from "Niggas in Paris."
After the track ended with a few emphatic "HAAAHHNN"'s, Kanye inventoried his whole custom Margiela tour wardrobe, ending with, "What's this man skirt? Margiela!" So yes, Kanye is aware of the uproar around him wearing a skirt and of him being a man. And yes, he's able to have fun with the fact that he's wearing a garment that creates a silhouette most people aren't willing or able to rock.
