New York City eyewear brand MOSCOT re-released a handful of its classic designs on Thursday, for the debut of the Originals line.

The company, which will soon celebrate its 100th birthday, chose its most coveted styles - the Miltzen, Nebb, Zolman and, Johnny Depp's favorite, the Lemtosh - for Originals. In their standard form, these styles largely bear the shape that's earned widespread popularity, as far as trends in eyewear go: chunky, round or rectangular plastic frames.

But MOSCOT's taken these looks and tweaked them slightly, by fashioning the frames out of titanium rather than their standard acetate. The result is a lighter, more streamlined look, which we're thinking's got next after this Ray-Ban-inspired thickness dies down.

Each of the styles come in a choice of charcoal and white, navy and beige, or tortoise and pine, and have optional mirrored lenses for outdoor wear. Also, the material's hypoallergenic, so no worries there. Don't trip. Wipe your brow.

Take a look at the silhouettes above, then head to MOSCOT for more.
