The December/January issue of W magazine is the publication's special "The Art Issue" and the talent celebrity chosen to grace the cover is the always suave George Clooney. As the "star" of the issue Clooney was, as the magazine phrases it, "subjected to the unflinching gaze of five fierce female artists." The Armani suit he wears on the cover was customized by Yayoi Kusama and there are other images inside the issue that were conceived and created in collaboration with Tracey EminKaren KilimnikMarilyn Minter, and Catherine Opie

In an interview, Clooney said that Kusama "made him Snoopy" by covering him in spots and that he was proud of it. He also said that in working with directors or artists, he tries to "be of service to them and their story." Check out the other images from the issue and read the interview in it's entirety to see if the actor works well with the stories being told.
