The Winter Olympics taking place in Sochi, Russia hasn’t even begun, but the U.S. Snowboard Team should already be winning the gold—if they were being judged on their outfits, that is. Burton Snowboards unveiled the official Team USA uniforms and it blows whatever everyone else is rocking on the mountains.

The snow sports company went OG traditional on this one and designed outerwear in old school Americana patchwork style. Included are technical outerwear jackets, pants, base-layers, beanies, and gloves just to name a few.

While we do love the patriotic red, white, and blue outfits that usually come with these events, this quilt-style pattern is refreshing and unlike anything anyone has ever done in extreme sports. It’s like your grandma saying “Fuck Yeah, America!” because these are actually inspired by vintage quilts probably sewn by someone’s nana ages ago.

Just like those vintage heirlooms, these pieces will last a long time. A U.S. Army development center actually created a special DRYRIDE Vaporshell laminate used on these bad boys. Only the best for Team USA, and pretty soon you can have them too.
