Further fulfilling her goal to marry the art world and pop music, Lady Gaga is putting up two pop up galleries in New York and Los Angeles. The three-day event, which runs from Nov. 11-13, is called "ARTPOP Pop Up: A Lady Gaga Gallery." According to the press release, attendees are invited to "come celebrate and experience the release of ARTPOP music, interactive experiences, actual Gaga props and outfits, and much more!"

We're not sure what a Gaga-themed gallery will look like, but it seems as if the pop star will go to any length to build hype around ARTPOP. With each step towards the album release on Nov. 11, Lady Gaga has been pulling from the art world. On Oct. 7, she released the Jeff Koons-designed album cover for ARTPOP in Times Square, and towards the end of the month, she tweeted out the cover for her single with R. Kelly, "Do What U Want," which featured a scandalous photo by Terry Richardson. Even if it won't display art in the traditional sense, this pop up gallery falls in line with the theme of Gaga's album—a high art/pop music mash-up.
