Jonathan Mannion Held a #BlankCanvasME Party to Honor His Studio Space of 10 Years (Video)

After serving him well for ten years, Jonathan Mannion's studio in Gramercy Park will be demolished along with the rest of the building to make room for 18 floors of condos. It sucks, but Mannion isn't crying about. While he says he is "grateful for all of the experiences" he has had there over the past decade, he accepts that it is time to move on, and what better way to do so than to throw a party?

As a part of the Modelo Especial #BlankCanvasME series, Mannion and LTD+ invited some friends over for the first installment of what Mannion calls "The Beginning of the End." A few faces in the crowd were Hawaii Mike, Jeff Staple, A$AP Twelvy40 Oz Van, Dante Ross, Lenny S, and a few other friends who enjoyed the space, drank Modelo, and posed for portraits with the photographer. 

Between now and demolition day, Mannion has more events planned so that he leaves his space in style. Check out a few photos from the event above and a video recap below:
