When Sarah Palin and the Political Action Committee (PAC) posted a photo to their Facebook page to commemorate the anniversary of September 11th, they probably should have considering getting permission first. The copyright owners, North Jersey Media Group, are sueing Palin after they contacting both her and the PAC to remove it and received no response. The photo in question features three firefighters raising the American flag at Ground Zero following the attacks and was taken by Thomas E. Franklin. The photo has since been removed from Palin's social media accounts and the North Jersey Media Group is seeking money damages.
