Starting your own brand is tricky, and there's a high probability it will suck. But if you don't want to go through the hardship of building your own label, there's still the possibility that you can get your designs out in the world. The Brooklyn Circus is holding a contest to design a T-shirt for the fifth anniversary of its San Francisco retail location.
There are no parameters on what the design has to be, except it must be submitted to The Brooklyn Circus by noon on June 4. If this isn't a big enough motivation for you to dust off your copy of Photoshop or pad and pencil, the brand is also offering $250 dollars worth of credit to whomever is chosen.
