The High Line continues their series of art commissions with Ryan McGinley's Blue Falling piece, a photograph depicting a person floating against a vast blue background. The image suggests levitation and limitlessness, as is the case with many of McGinley's one-of-a-kind images, and it's a fantastic addition to the magical atmosphere of the High Line.
The billboard is located within the Edison ParkFast parking lot next to the High Line at West 18th Street and 10th Avenue and Blue Falling will be on view until Tuesday, April 30, 2013.
