By now, Ed Ruscha is well-known for his artists books. After presenting a few of them at Gagosian Gallery in Chelsea last year, he's dedicating an exhibition to them exclusively titled Books & Co., which will be on view at the Madison Avenue location from March 5 to April 27. The exhibition coincides with the MIT Press release of Various Small Books: Referencing Small Books by Ed Ruscha, which shows the profound impact his artists books have had on hundreds of artists. No doubt this will be a groundbreaking show in the trajectory of his legendary career.
