Dina Velikovskaya is a student at the Russian State University of Cinematography who created a beautiful stop-motion film. Although puppet animation wasn't very popular in her native country, she created My Strange Grandfather to tell a beautiful tale. It depicts a little girl who is embarrassed by her grandfather. He is an inventor with eccentric habits like collecting trash, however his abnormal pastime becomes something magical. Watch the film below.
