What else can we say about Phlegm in 2012? How about this: The guy won't stop. He's been all over Europe and the Americas, and now is ending the year with a bang in Tangalla, Sri Lanka. He says of this mural, painted exclusively with Indian car paints, it "makes you realise how spoilt we are when it comes to paints. It's doubled my respect for anyone painting graffiti in the '80s."
