December 12 marks the day that Sotheby's will auction off handwritten letters from Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger to his former lover Marsha Hunt in London. Hunt famously inspired the Rolling Stones 1971 hit "Brown Sugar" and had Jagger's first child.

Jagger penned the 10 "passionate and articulate" letters from the set of the film Ned Kelly in Australia.  At the time, he was 25. Sotheby's expects that the letters will sell for 70,000 - 100,000 pounds.
