Mimi Zou has devised a way to take a photo using just your eyes. By employing biometric technology, Zou has created a lens camera that responds to your iris – zooming or widening based on squinting or widening yours eyes, or blinking to take a photo. Zou also plans on making the camera wireless to easily and remotely transfer images. The camera would also be able to “tag” people based on your own recognition of them. A working model of the camera was revealed Show RCA 2012, the graduate show at London’s Royal College of Art. The design of the camera still needs to be worked out (as of now there is only a prototype) but technology like this could be groundbreaking for how images are taken. [dezeen]
